Mappls Mall ONDC Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Once you place an order on the App, the Seller App will process and fulfill the order.
Processing time may vary depending on the seller and the availability of the product. You will be notified within the App about the estimated processing time for your order.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping methods and costs will be determined by the seller and displayed at checkout.
The App will display the seller's chosen shipping method and cost.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (TAT) will be clearly displayed on the order detail page for each item. This will give you a transparent view of when to expect your purchase.
The TAT may vary depending on the seller's location and the Buyer's delivery address.
The App will provide tracking information for orders once they are shipped.
Delivery Area
Sellers on the Mappls ONDC platform may have restrictions on their delivery areas.
The App will clearly indicate if a seller's products cannot be delivered to the Buyer's address.
Returns and Exchanges
The return and exchange policy for products purchased on the App will be determined by the seller and displayed on the product page and/or during checkout.
The Mappls ONDC Buyer App may facilitate the return process by providing options to initiate a return request within the App. However, the return and exchange requests will be handled by the sellers according to their individual policies.
