Return Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed with ONDC Network sellers can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in accordance with the seller's refund policy. Please refer to the seller's return policy for more information.
All refunds will be initiated instantly on acceptance of a cancellation request and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the User’s source account.
